As an organizational psychologist who teaches in a business school, I strive to produce relevant research with both theoretical and practical import. My work has been published in journals with broad appeal, such as Psychological Science, Frontiers in Psychology, Harvard Business Review, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and also more select quality “niche” journals oriented specifically around the theoretical and practical questions being studied.
